Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager to work in a specialist residential care home operating for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs in Bullwell, Nottingham.
Established in 2000, the business has built a widespread reputation for excellence in meeting the needs of challenging Service Users with care homes in Nottinghamshire, Staffordshire, Leicester, South Yorkshire and now Burton.
The candidate will work under the Registered Manager assisting in running the home in guidance to current legislation and policy’s of the home.
We are seeking an individual who has:
NVQ Level 3/ willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4.
Previous experience with working with learning difficulties and autism.
Can prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Previous management experience would be beneficial.
Salary: £23000

Care Manager Required in Hull - Domiciliary Care
CARE MANAGER in Hull
REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER / OFFICE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY –
To manage the Care Coordination Team and the Supervisory Team ensuring that a high quality domiciliary service is provided which meets the needs of the Service User and maintains the Service Users dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities –
· To oversee the coordination of Care Workers across all areas covered by the company.
•To ensure that consistency is maintained within the service and that each Service User is assigned a carer who has the skills to deliver the required care.
· To be fully aware of all the company policies and procedures and ensure that these are adhered to all times.
· To ensure that the service provided by the company exceeds the requirements of the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care published in accordance with the Care Standards Act 2000.
· To ensure that the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical and material needs of the Service Users are recognized, assessed and met.
Qualifications –
· NVQ Level 3 in Care a NVQ Level 4 in Care / RMA would be an advantage.
· Good IT Skills
Experience –
· Previous experience working within a domiciliary setting.
· Evidence of managing staff/teams.
